The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales management, distribution strategies, and market expansion within the automotive industry, particularly in electric bikes or two-wheelers.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to boost electric bike sales in Lahore.
✅ Build, manage, and expand dealer networks to enhance market reach.
✅ Identify new business opportunities and ensure customer acquisition and retention.
✅ Conduct market research to analyze competition, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
✅ Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
✅ Drive sales growth through innovative promotions, campaigns, and partnerships.
✅ Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest data-driven strategies for improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in electric bikes, two-wheelers, or the automotive sector.
Strong dealer network knowledge and experience in managing regional sales operations.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
✅ Ability to analyze market trends and implement strategic business plans.
