SateenSoft is seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in Lahore. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales.
✅ Sales Growth: Maintain and increase sales of the company’s products.
✅ Target Achievement: Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
✅ Customer Expansion: Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
✅ Customer Relations: Service the needs of existing customers and provide timely solutions.
✅ Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
✅ Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies for market penetration.
✅ Market Research: Collect customer feedback and conduct market analysis to improve sales performance.
✅ Account Management: Handle major customer accounts and negotiate agreements with key clients.
✅ Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
✔ BBA/MBA degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
✔ Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
✔ Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
