Area Sales Manager

 

Description:

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals for solar parts within the designated area.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and installers in the solar industry.

· Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to enhance productivity and performance.

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.

 

𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒

· Bachelor’s degree in Business (Marketing), Engineering, or a related field.

· Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the solar or electrical components in the solar industry.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

· Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
