Description:
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Textile
Responsibilities:
- Manage the assigned customers' portfolio to ensure that sales and collection targets are met as per the plan and/or assigned targets.
- Support and assist the Director Sales in preparing the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasts to support the procurement/supply chain team in arranging the required materials on time.
- Deliver the targeted gross margins for the assigned portfolio/territory on regular basis.
- Develop the new customers and revive the lost customers to ensure continuous growth of the business, in the assigned territory.
- To liase with the customer services team to ensure prompt and effective customer services for the assigned portfolio/territory.
- Regularly provide market intelligence pertaining to competition, market behaviors & industry trends and provide input for developing the appropriate business plans and counter strategies.
- Coordinate with technical services team for timely complaint handling and prompt pre & post-sales support to the customers.
- Ensure effective and timely use of the CRM to keep the data & portfolio status updated
- Any other jobs/special assignments/projects assigned by the management or line manager
