Description:
· Responsible in ensuring the achievement of volume and distribution objectives in territory.
· Drive and oversee the execution of Sales, Brand and Key Account Initiatives
· Drive implementation of Key Control Check-list within Trade Marketing & Distribution to minimize level of business risk to the company.
· Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Develop and implement strategies to Boost Sales.
· Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
· Setting high sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
· Manage the productivity through the control of resources & operational budgets.
· Any other task assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Retail Setup within FMCG industry.(Liquid Brand Company candidates are encouraged to apply)
Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Understanding of Sales Research tools and information analysis.
Business degree in Business Administration or any other relevant qualifications. Proficiency in English
