Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of architectural principles and be capable of handling 2D drawings, structural layouts plans. You will work closely with our senior architects to ensure the successful delivery of projects, optimizing service delivery and adhering to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and development of 2D architectural drawings, including structural plans.

• Collaborate with senior architects to optimize project designs and ensure feasibility.

• Coordinate with various departments to manage project workflow and timelines.

• Assist in preparing and presenting project plans and designs to clients.

• Review project specifications and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

• Manage documentation and maintain project records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.

• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction processes.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
