Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architect to lead our talented team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of architectural projects, including design development, construction documentation.
- Develop and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their requirements and feedback.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Tekla.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
- Attend meetings with international clients and represent the company professionally.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the architectural field, with proven experience in a team lead role.
- International exposure is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with international clients.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Tekla is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
