Role Overview:
We are hiring a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our team in Karachi. This is a full-time, on-site role where the Architect will be responsible for leading architectural designs, managing projects, and coordinating software integration within architectural workflows. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, planners, and project managers to design, plan, and oversee the successful execution of architectural projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

🏛️ Create innovative and functional architectural designs aligned with client requirements and project scope.

🏛️ Lead end-to-end project management for assigned projects, including design development, documentation, and site coordination.

🏛️ Collaborate with engineering teams, urban planners, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of architectural, structural, and infrastructural elements.

🏛️ Integrate software solutions into architectural workflows, using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or BIM software to streamline design processes and improve project efficiency.

🏛️ Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

🏛️ Prepare and present design proposals, feasibility studies, and cost estimates to clients and internal stakeholders.

🏛️ Stay updated on industry trends, materials, construction techniques, and software innovations to enhance design creativity and technical accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
✅ Strong architectural design and visualization skills, with expertise in creating aesthetic, functional, and sustainable designs.
✅ Proven experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution of architectural projects.
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
✅ Experience with Software Development and Integration in architectural processes will be a plus.
✅ Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and technical detailing abilities.
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
✅ Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the construction industry (preferred).
✅ Strong understanding of local building codes, construction materials, and regulatory requirements in Karachi.

Preferred Qualifications:

➕ Experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
➕ Familiarity with sustainability practices and green building standards.
➕ Experience with international projects will be considered a plus.
