Architect

Description:

GeoCon Enterprises is looking for a skilled and experienced Architect to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate should have expertise in AutoCAD, 3D modeling (SketchUp), rendering software, and a strong understanding of RDA, CDA, DHA building bylaws.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and draft architectural plans using AutoCAD.

Develop 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp and other rendering software.

Ensure compliance with RDA, CDA, DHA building regulations and bylaws.

Work on commercial and residential projects from concept to execution.

Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success.

Provide innovative and functional architectural solutions.

Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

✔️ 2+ years of experience in architectural design and drafting.

✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.

✔️ Knowledge of Islamabad and Rawalpindi building bylaws (RDA, CDA, DHA).

✔️ Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
