Architect

Description:

Looking for a 4-5 years experienced architect, preferably high-end international projects, to be part of an in-house design & execution team. The individual should fit the following criteria:

* A good site experience is necessary with an eye for detail. Should be able to handle site teams, resolve conflicts, have foresight of finishing, highlight and resolve site issues and keep contractors / stakeholders informed of necessary actions to complete the task.

* Thorough, detail oriented design and execution experience of various scale of projects.

* Be proactive and effective at follow ups with vendors, contractors and the teams engaged.

* Ability to shuffle between design & execution tasks based on priority.

* Ability to extract data from drawings and specifications and translating into an RFQ document.

* Proficiency in quantity take-offs and Bill of Quantities is a must.

* Proficiency in reading and drafting AutoCAD drawings is a must.

* Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as Enscape, Lumion or 3D Max is an advantage.

* Most importantly, should have a positive & professional attitude towards contractors, vendors and colleagues.
