Key Responsibilities:

·Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for projects.

·Develop architectural designs and plans using cutting-edge software and tools.

·Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings to communicate design concepts.

·Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.

·Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.

·Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

·Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction methods.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution preferably from NCA and Indus Valley.

·3 – 5 years of experience working as an architect on diverse projects in relevant industries, e.g., architecture, engineering, construction is preferred.

·Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max etc.).

·Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration, PowerPoint.

·Attention to detail and ability to solve complex design challenges.

·Familiarity with sustainable design principles is a plus.

·Professional licensure/certification as an architect is preferred but not mandatory
