Architect

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for working in collaboration with seniors on projects, designing architectural plans, developing project budgets and timelines, coordinating with clients and contractors, and overseeing construction.

Responsibilities

• Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
• Utilize logical and deductive reasoning along with material knowledge in order to create ideal finished product
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
• Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
• Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets
• Ensure timelines
• Willing to learn and participate in various project types

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• Fresh Graduate to 4 years of experience in the field
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
• Proficiency in AutoCad, Rhino3D and Lumion (at the very least)
• Willing to learn and adapt to new workflows
• Additional skills such as creative writing, web design, graphical design or other such are an added plus point
