We are seeking a reliable and qualified Debt Collector to join our collections team. As a Debt Collector, you will be responsible for identifying and tracking outstanding customer debts, contacting debtors, organizing payment plans, and maintaining accurate records. Your role will be crucial in helping us recover outstanding debts while maintaining positive relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Arabic agent required for debt collection calling in our regional office (Lahore). Main responsibilities will be including calling on our Arabic portfolio, collecting payments and achieving target.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
• Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations.
• Previous experience in debt collection or customer service is preferred

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills required in both Arabic and English language.
