We are currently seeking a "AR Representative" to join our dynamic team, focusing on enhancing our RCM cycle.

Experience: 2+ years of exp in hospital/provider billing.

Responsibilities:

1. Submitting medical claims to insurance companies accurately and in a timely manner.

2. Monitoring the status of submitted claims, identifying and resolving any issues or denials, and resubmitting claims if necessary.

3. Investigating claim denials, determining the reasons for denials, and taking appropriate action to appeal denials or resolve outstanding issues.

Verifying patients' insurance coverage to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.

4. Maintaining accurate records of all billing and collection activities, including correspondence with insurance companies and patients.

5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and billing guidelines, such as HIPAA and Medicare regulations.

6. Collaborating with other members of the billing and revenue cycle management team to improve processes, resolve issues, and optimize revenue collection.
