We're Hiring AR Executive at Rezam!
RHM is looking for a detail-oriented AR Executive to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will manage accounts receivable, process payments, resolve billing discrepancies, and interact with insurance companies and clients. You will play a key part in ensuring timely and accurate payment collections, analyzing AR reports, and maintaining organized billing records.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage accounts receivable, payment processing, and billing
2. Resolve billing discrepancies efficiently
3. Communicate and negotiate with clients and insurance companies
4. Stay up-to-date with insurance billing procedures and regulations
5. Analyze financial data and AR reports
6. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all billing processes

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience of at least 1 to 2 Years in AR management and payment processing
2. Strong problem-solving and resolution skills
3. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
4. Knowledge of insurance billing and healthcare revenue cycle management
5. Ability to analyze AR reports and financial data
6. Bachelor's degree in any field
7. Must be Lahore Resident
