K&Z Communications is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a B2B Appointment Setter. As an appointment setter, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and scheduling meetings with prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
Calling potential clients to generate leads and secure appointments for the sales team
Conducting thorough research on target companies and decision-makers to tailor your approach
Presenting the value proposition of our products/services and effectively overcoming objections
Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients to nurture leads and maximize conversion rates
Collaborating with the sales team to strategize and optimize appointment setting efforts
Accurately tracking and updating prospect information and appointment details in the CRM system
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting
Excellent communication skills ( In English ), both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate key messages clearly and professionally
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure appointments
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients over the phone
Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple leads and appointments effectively
Resilience and motivation to thrive in a target-driven environment
Proficiency in using CRM software to track leads, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding appointment setting targets
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work closely with the sales team and contribute to overall success
