Appointment Setter

 

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Appointment Setter to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for booking discovery calls with potential clients, helping us achieve our goal of 20-25 appointments per month. You will utilize various outreach methods, including cold calling, emails, direct messages, and other engagement strategies to generate interest and nurture prospects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients, focusing on the roofing industry.
  • Book 20-25 discovery calls per month, each lasting 45 minutes.
  • Utilize provided resources effectively for cold calling and engagement efforts.
  • Nurture prospects through follow-up processes to ensure a smooth transition to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment-setting strategies and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and appointment status in our CRM system.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience in appointment setting and sales, preferably in a related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and appointment-setting software is a plus.
