Appointment Setter

 

Description:

As an Appointment Setter at Atrium Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients in the USA and Canada over the phone and schedule appointments. You will play a crucial role in introducing our comprehensive digital marketing services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Prospecting: Identify and target businesses in the USA and Canada that could benefit from our services.

Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to decision-makers at these businesses, introducing our services and gauging their interest.

Qualification: Qualify leads by assessing their needs and budget for digital marketing services, including SEO, SMM, GMB optimization, web/app development, and more.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our representatives to meet with qualified leads and present our solutions.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and appointments in our CRM system.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our digital marketing services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to potential clients.

Targets and Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly appointment-setting targets and provide regular progress reports to the sales manager.

 

Required Skills:

 

Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Persistence and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Self-motivated and results-driven.

Previous experience in appointment setting or sales in USA or Canada is plus.

Familiarity with digital marketing services is preferred.

Knowledge of CRM software, excel is compulsory.
