Appointment Setter

Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. This role involves conducting outbound calls, engaging potential clients, and setting up meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to generate interest in our services.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services.
✔ Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
✔ Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and provide relevant information.
✔ Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
✔ Meet daily/weekly call targets and achieve set KPIs.

Requirements:

✔ 1-2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role.
✔ Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
✔ Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to engage potential clients.
✔ Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
✔ Basic understanding of sales principles and lead qualification.
