Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, cold outreach, and scheduling appointments for home remodelling services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and appointments in Google Sheets and Calender.
- Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and address any inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and effective scheduling.
- Achieve daily and weekly goals for calls and appointments set.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales calls, ideally with US-based clients.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to present information persuasively.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with excellent command of American business etiquette.
- Ability to work in-house from our office in DHA, Lahore, during US work hours (7 pm to 3 am) Mon to Fri.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and committed to teamwork and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Excellent english communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1+ years' of sales or calling experience in US market.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or a similar role is preferred.
