Appointment Setter

 

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, cold outreach, and scheduling appointments for home remodelling services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and appointments in Google Sheets and Calender.
  • Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and address any inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and effective scheduling.
  • Achieve daily and weekly goals for calls and appointments set.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales calls, ideally with US-based clients.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to present information persuasively.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with excellent command of American business etiquette.
  • Ability to work in-house from our office in DHA, Lahore, during US work hours (7 pm to 3 am) Mon to Fri.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and committed to teamwork and excellence.

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent english communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 1+ years' of sales or calling experience in US market.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or a similar role is preferred.
