Description:
Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outbound calls.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Fielding basic questions and concerns about the services we offer.
Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.
Proven experience as an appointment setter or similar will be advantageous.
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
