Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design, a passion for creating intuitive interfaces, and a keen eye for detail. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects and collaborate with a dynamic team of developers, designers, and product managers.

Responsibilities:

1) Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

2) Translate concepts and ideas into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate the user experience.

3) Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for mobile/Web applications that prioritize usability and accessibility.

4) Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

5) Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet quality standards.

6) Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

1) Bachelor's degree in Design, HEC, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

2) 5 years of experience working as a UI/UX designer or similar role, preferably in mobile app and web design.

3) Strong portfolio showcasing previous mobile app and web designing projects and UI/UX work.

4) Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

5) Solid understanding of mobile design principles, usability best practices, and interaction design.

6) Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.

7) Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.

8) Passion for innovation, creativity, and solving complex design challenges.
