JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing departmental data and information

• Assist in development and implementation of various training programs

• Collecting quality data and produce statistical reports

• Assisting in developing SOP's for field staff

• Assisting in digitalization of various trainings

• To assist and develop evaluation programs for trainees

• Coordinate with field staff to report on field work

Preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports on training programs

• Prepare presentations of training material

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

 Qualification: Graduation /

preferable Bachelor's in Business

Administrations or General Nursing

Diploma or Post RN

Training/Certification: BLS, Extensive

knowledge of MS Office

Relevant Experience: 2-3 years
