Description:
As an Ammonia Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the ammonia refrigeration system to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your key duties will include:
- System Operations: Monitor equipment such as compressors, pumps, condensers, evaporators, and piping systems to identify and address potential issues.
- Temperature Management: Ensure the ammonia refrigeration system maintains required temperatures for product quality in the beverage production process.
- Issue Diagnosis: Diagnose mechanical and operational issues, implement corrective actions, and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.
- Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or inefficiencies and maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, safety checks, and repairs.
- Energy Monitoring: Track energy consumption of the refrigeration system and work on energy-saving initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve system efficiency and integrate best practices.
Requirements:
- Education: DAE (Electrical/Mechanical) or diploma in Refrigeration, HVAC.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in ammonia refrigeration systems, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
