Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and distributors for high-demand, profitable products.
• Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers.
• Conduct regular audits of supplier performance.
• Perform detailed market research to identify profitable niches, trends, and opportunities for wholesale products.
• Analyze competitor listings, pricing, and strategies.
• Use data-driven insights to forecast demand and optimize product selection.
• Oversee the listing process for wholesale products.
• Monitor and manage Buy Box performance.
• Handle inventory forecasting and restocking.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines for wholesale operations.
• Manage logistics and coordinate shipments with suppliers, warehouses, and Amazon fulfillment centers.
• Resolve issues related to listings, suspensions, or other account-related challenges efficiently.
• Monitor KPIs such as sales performance, return on investment (ROI), inventory turnover, and profit margins.
• Generate regular reports on product performance, supplier success rates, and overall account health.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and strategies.
• Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies for wholesale products.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure proper budgeting, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Collaborate with customer service teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Amazon wholesale operations or a related e-commerce role.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon’s Seller Central, wholesale sourcing, and FBA processes.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, Helium 10, or Jungle Scout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with global trade regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
