Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage FBM accounts, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with Amazon policies.
- Process orders accurately and promptly, maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Track orders diligently and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth product research to identify profitable opportunities and trends.
- Source potential brands for partnership, contributing to our growth strategy.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by assisting with other tasks as delegated by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Amazon wholesale FBM operations.
- Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with tools such as Keepa and Helium for data analysis and research.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Availability to work full-time Mon-Fri from 6 pm to 2 am on-site in Karachi, Pakistan.
