The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling various aspects of Amazon account management, including product research, listing optimization, inventory management, advertising, and customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Product Research:
- Identify profitable products and niches with high demand and low competition.
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends.
- Source that product in the UK for me to purchase and send to Amazon
Listing Creation and Optimization:
- Create, edit, and optimize Amazon product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords.
- Ensure all listings are SEO-friendly and compliant with Amazon guidelines.
Inventory and Order Management:
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory.
- Manage FBA shipments and ensure timely order processing.
Marketing and Advertising:
- Plan and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Run promotions, discounts, and deals to boost sales.
Customer Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback.
- Handle returns, refunds, and disputes while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Account Health Management:
- Monitor and maintain account health metrics.
- Resolve any account issues or policy violations proactively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant, preferably with a portfolio of successful accounts managed.
- Certifications for Amazon VA.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA processes, and Amazon guidelines.
- Expertise in product research, keyword optimization, and PPC campaign management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret sales and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp, or other Amazon tools is a plus.
