Amazon Virtual Assistant

Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Fulfil orders in a timely and effective manner

- Hunt products using tools like helium10, jungle scout etc

- Add products to our stores and manage them 

- Provide timely customer support

- Work closely with warehouses to manage timely dispatch and delivery of orders

- Handle customer returns

- Manage warehouse inventory and return to amazon

- Other miscellaneous tasks related to ecommerce day to day operations

Requirements (For Experienced) 

- Must have 1+ year experience in ecommerce as VA on amazon/walmart/ebay etc

- Hands on experience on product hunting tools 

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Should have keen eye to details. 

- Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, various leading e-Commerce website builders (e.g. Shopify)

Requirements (For Newbie) 

- Completed diploma or a certification from any institute or online agencies. 

- Hands on experience on product hunting tools 

- Basic communication and collaboration skills.

- Should have keen eye to details.
