A2D-Solution is seeking an experienced Amazon Private Label Expert for evening and night shifts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Amazon’s marketplace, private label product development, and strategies to drive sales and profitability. This is an onsite position based in Lahore, offering a dynamic environment for growth and success in e-commerce during non-traditional hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Research & Sourcing: Conduct thorough market research to identify profitable private label opportunities, analyzing competitors, and identifying trends.
- Supplier Negotiation: Source suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage relationships to ensure product quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Listing Optimization: Create, optimize, and maintain high-converting product listings, including keyword research, bullet points, and description enhancements.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Coordinate inventory levels, track shipments, and manage the entire supply chain to ensure stock availability and on-time deliveries.
- Amazon PPC Management: Develop and manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to maximize product visibility and increase sales.
- Brand Building: Develop and execute strategies to build and scale private label brands on Amazon.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and KPIs, prepare reports, and suggest actionable insights to drive improvements.
- Compliance & Customer Service: Ensure product compliance with Amazon’s policies and provide customer support to enhance product ratings and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing successful Amazon Private Label brands.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA, Seller Central, and Amazon’s guidelines.
- Expertise in product research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
