• Manage Amazon cases and backend operations, including flat file creation and updates.
• Collaborate closely with team leads and other departments to ensure smooth operations and add value to the overall team.
• Handle backend tasks such as product listings, inventory management, and data accuracy.
• Support the team in managing deadlines, and always maintain clear communication.
• Treat every client’s business as your own, ensuring a high level of care and responsibility.
