Description:
As an Amazon Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client's Amazon business. You will oversee all aspects of our Amazon strategy, including product listings, marketing campaigns, inventory management, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, strong analytical skills, and a track record of driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Amazon Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, profitability, and market share on Amazon.
- Product Listing Optimization: Create and optimize product listings to improve visibility, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. This includes keyword research, title and bullet point optimization, and enhancing product images.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns and other advertising initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats. Adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Customer Reviews and Feedback: Manage customer reviews and feedback, ensuring quick and effective resolution of any issues. Utilize feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analytics: Analyze sales data, advertising performance, and other key metrics. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to leadership.
- Brand Protection: Ensure that brand integrity is maintained across all Amazon listings. Address any unauthorised sellers or counterfeit issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience managing an Amazon storefront, preferably within a similar product category.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Amazon’s algorithms, SEO, and advertising platforms. Familiarity with Amazon Vendor and Seller Central.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar. Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Mindset: Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
