Job Role

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our Amazon seller account.
  • Ensure product listings are optimized with high-quality content, accurate descriptions, keywords, and images.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stock outs or overstock situations.
  • Handle customer service issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop, implement, and manage Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Conduct keyword research to optimize campaigns and improve organic search rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated with Amazon advertising trends and best practices.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance, campaign effectiveness, and key metrics.
  • Use analytical tools and techniques to measure and enhance account performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales and profitability.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and sales on Amazon.
  • Identify new product opportunities and coordinate with the product development team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align Amazon strategies with overall brand objectives.
  • Create shipping Plans on Amazon Platforms to manage FBA inventory.
  • · Liaise with third- party logistics (3PL) providers to dispatch inventory during replenishment periods.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing an Amazon seller account and running successful PPC campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar is a plus.
