Job Role
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our Amazon seller account.
- Ensure product listings are optimized with high-quality content, accurate descriptions, keywords, and images.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stock outs or overstock situations.
- Handle customer service issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop, implement, and manage Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Conduct keyword research to optimize campaigns and improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with Amazon advertising trends and best practices.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, campaign effectiveness, and key metrics.
- Use analytical tools and techniques to measure and enhance account performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales and profitability.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and sales on Amazon.
- Identify new product opportunities and coordinate with the product development team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align Amazon strategies with overall brand objectives.
- Create shipping Plans on Amazon Platforms to manage FBA inventory.
- · Liaise with third- party logistics (3PL) providers to dispatch inventory during replenishment periods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing an Amazon seller account and running successful PPC campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar is a plus.
