As an Account Management Expert, you'll be a one-stop shop for our clients' Amazon success. You'll wear many hats, from strategic account management to navigating the intricacies of the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Seller Central accounts, from product sourcing and listing optimization to pricing, fulfillment, and marketing.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and brand presence.
- Craft compelling product listings that drive sales, leverage the A9 algorithm, and ensure compliance with Amazon's guidelines.
- Become a master of Amazon's ever-changing policies and best practices, including legal considerations.
- Manage inventory effectively, identify opportunities for FBA optimization, and handle any shipment-related issues.
- Proactively communicate with clients, keeping them informed and exceeding their expectations.
- Advocate for clients with Amazon Seller Support, resolving account issues, blocked listings, and other challenges.
- Stay on top of industry trends, including emerging platforms and strategies, to stay ahead of the curve.
You're a perfect fit if you have:
- 5+ years of experience successfully managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Proven track record of scaling Amazon businesses and increasing profitability.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, SEO, and PPC advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
