Description:
The Assistant Manager Performance Marketing will play a critical role in executing and optimizing online marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic and analytical mindset to enhance performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Email Marketing. The ideal candidate will have between 3 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing and a strong understanding of driving ROI through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and TikTok platforms.
Lead the development and execution of email marketing strategies to engage and convert prospects.
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data to optimize for key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and sales teams to create effective marketing materials.
Stay informed of the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge marketing tactics.
Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Email Marketing.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven ability to deliver measurable results through performance marketing channels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Experience in managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and reporting on ROI.
