Responsibilities:

· Lead and coordinate investigations of workplace incidents to determine root causes.

· Prepare and submit detailed incident reports with corrective action recommendations.

· Track and analyze incident trends to prevent recurrence.

· Develop and deliver HSE training programs on safety, emergency response, and environmental protection.

· Conduct safety and toolbox meetings to address HSE concerns.

· Promote a safety-conscious culture and encourage participation in HSE initiatives.

· Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation and fire safety protocols.

· Conduct drills to test emergency response effectiveness and identify improvements.

· Ensure emergency equipment availability and functionality.

· Stay updated on HSE laws and ensure company compliance.

· Liaise with regulatory agencies and participate in inspections and audits.

· Prepare and submit required regulatory reports.

Requirements:

• Master's/ Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• A relevant professional certification is a plus.
• 3-4 experience in HSE management, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
• Deep understanding of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess risks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels and external stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
