Am Audit Manager

*Responsibilities:*

- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.

- Develop and execute risk-based audit plans in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee and mentor audit team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.

- Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and insights to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

- Foster strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on audit-related matters.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing.

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- CPA, CIA, or other relevant professional certification required.

- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in auditing, with demonstrated progression in responsibility.

- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with audit software and data analytics tools preferred.
