Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, clients, partners, and team members.
- Understand the needs and expectations of various stakeholders and tailor relationship management strategies accordingly.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer and client loyalty, satisfaction, and retention.
- Address customer and client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Identify and establish partnerships that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and terms, ensuring they are mutually beneficial and compliant with company policies.
- Continuously assess and improve loyalty and partnership strategies based on feedback, industry trends, and best practices.
- To develop and implement a yearly engagement plan for the entire customer base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred.
- Proven track record in relationship management and partnership development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
