Key Responsibilities

• Reservation Management:
• Assist customers in booking and confirming flight reservations.
• Modify, cancel, or rebook tickets as per customer requests.
• Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, routes, and fares.
• Customer Support:
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email interactions.
• Payment Processing:
• Process payments for reservations, including upgrades or additional services.
• Ensure compliance with airline policies for refunds or fee adjustments.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Verify customer information and travel documents for accuracy.
• Maintain records of bookings, cancellations, and passenger preferences.
• Adhere to airline policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
