Description:
As the Co-Hosting Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental properties. This includes managing guest communications, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams, optimizing property listings, and ensuring our clients’ properties achieve maximum occupancy and excellent reviews.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Management: Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and check-ins/check-outs. Provide timely and professional communication to ensure a great guest experience.
- Property Coordination: Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and restocking schedules with on-the-ground teams.
- Listing Optimization: Regularly update property listings with accurate descriptions, photos, and pricing to maximize bookings.
- Performance Monitoring: Track occupancy rates, revenue, and guest reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest issues, property emergencies, and other concerns promptly and effectively.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to property owners on performance metrics and key operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in short-term rental property management or co-hosting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with scheduling and coordinating cleaning and maintenance teams.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Trello, or property management software (e.g., Guesty, Hospitable).
- Availability to manage guest inquiries and issues during evenings or weekends if needed.
