Responsibilities

• Handle sea and air export operations, including rate negotiations with airlines and shipping lines.
• Accuracy of documents received from shippers and resolving discrepancies.
• Supervise carriers for sailing schedules, B/L formats, and bank documentation.
• Compliance with AMS/ACI/ENS formalities and document legalization requirements.
• Manage shipment tracking, job files, and shipment status updates on the website.
• Coordinate with transporters for rate negotiations and execution of transportation programs.
• Proper application of rates and issuance of AWBs for air shipments.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in the freight forwarding industry and export operations, including handling shipping rates and international logistics
