Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineering teams, ensuring best practices, code quality, and adherence to architectural principles.

2. Lead the design and development of AI-powered solutions, focusing on NLP, Conversational AI, and Speech processing.

3. Develop and implement advanced algorithms & pipelines for speech recognition, natural language domain, and vision pipelines.

4. Train and fine-tune deep learning models for speech and language tasks, utilizing large datasets and state-of-the-art techniques.

5. Design and build conversational agents, chatbots, and virtual assistants that provide natural and engaging user experiences.

6. Gather, clean, preprocess, and annotate data for training and evaluation of AI models.

7. Evaluate model performance, conduct model optimization, and fine-tune hyperparameters to achieve desired results.

8. Collaborate with software development teams to integrate AI models into production systems and applications.

9. Mentor and develop AI engineers, providing technical guidance and knowledge sharing within the team.

10. Participate in technical discussions, architectural decisions, and cross-team collaborations to drive AI excellence across the organization.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's, Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

● 8+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a focus on NLP, Conversational AI, and Speech processing.

Skills:

● Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or similar.

● Proven track record in developing and deploying AI models in real-world applications.

● Expertise in deep learning frameworks and libraries.TensorFlow, PyTorch,

● Knowledge of cloud-based AI platforms and services.

● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

● Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

● Experience with Agile and collaborative software development methodologies.

● Research publications or AI/NLP community contributions are a plus.
