Ai Lead

Description:

The AI Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of AI projects and strategies across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the latest AI tools, technologies, and trends, as well as strong leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of AI projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Manage a team of AI professionals, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI developers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and drive innovation across the organization.

Stay updated on the latest AI tools, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into our AI strategy.

Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on AI-related decisions and initiatives.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all AI projects and initiatives.

Track and report on the performance of AI projects, including key metrics and milestones.

Train models using both unstructured and structured (pdf document/images/SQL) datasets. Produce a tailor-made solution for each problem and carefully process the data and select the best algorithm for the given context in order to achieve optimal results Developing, testing, and deploying machine/deep learning algorithms to support and improve business processes. Creating and maintaining a framework for deploying machine learning algorithms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI development and implementation, with a proven track record of success.

Strong technical expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI technologies.
