Summary

As an AI Developer specializing in generative AI, you will design, develop, and implement AI models and applications that generate creative content and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate these models into our products and services, driving value and enhancing user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize generative AI models, including but not limited to natural language processing & image generation.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

• Conducting research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques and identify opportunities to integrate them into our products and services.

• Implement algorithms and architectures using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

• Conduct experiments to test and validate model performance, iterating based on findings.

• Work with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and machine learning.

• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and best practices for AI development.

• Designing, developing, and implementing generative AI models and algorithms utilizing state-of-the-art techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, openAI).

• You have solid experience developing and implementing generative AI models, with a strong understanding of deep learning techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.

• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying AI models.

• Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI and bias mitigation strategies.

• Familiarity with software development practices, including version control (Git).

Experience

3-5 years of experience in AI development, with a focus on generative models.
