Job Description/Responsibilities
- Working with project stakeholders (customers and internal teams) to ensure all communication and expectations are aligned.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
- Owning the entire project delivery lifecycle in an agile manner.
- Responsible for identifying and escalating issues that need help from senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Ensure effective use of JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and communication, providing training and support to team members as needed.
Requirements
Must Have Attributes
- Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
- Excellent understanding of software development processes
- Should have hands-on experience with release management
- A keen eye for design and UX
- Should have good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Should have an understanding of the different types of domains that are relevant to software development (Frontend, Backend, APIs)
- Proficient with Project Management tools (JIRA, GitLab, Github, Trello, etc.)
- Should be familiar with the latest tools and technologies related to software development
- Should be able to effectively communicate with both customers and technical team members
- Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve topics
- Basic knowledge of microservices architecture and APIs, data pipelines (ETL, ELT), AWS and Kubernetes (optional)
