Description:
We are looking for a talented and motivated CANADA Mobility Sales Executive to join our team. As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will handle Outbound calls and convert them into sales. Your primary goal will be to understand their needs, provide them with relevant information, and ultimately close the sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and interests.
- Educate customers about our products or services and provide them with the information they need to make informed purchase decisions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and proactively follow up with them to ensure their needs are met.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and report on progress to senior management.
- Work collaboratively with other teams within the organisation to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
Eligibility Criteria & Details
- At least 1 year of experience in CANADA Mobility Sales. preferably in USA & CANADA Cable Internet and Mobility Sales.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in English Speaking.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Flexible to work night shifts on a permanent basis, i.e., 09:00 pm - 06:00 am (Mon-Fri)
