Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as an Aftersales Manager at Corporate Kitchen - Pakeeza in Lahore. The Aftersales Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day after sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to improve the aftersales process. The role also involves managing customer service and sales interactions in relation to after sales services.
Job Description
1.Establish and manage an after-sales service team and establish an after-sales system.
2.Increase/maintain customer satisfaction, efficiency and profitability of the after-sales unit.
3. Write after-sales service SOP and Train technical team.
4. Control after-sales service costs and expenses according to standards.
5. Complete customer complaints and product repairs according to standard timelines.
6. Developing business processes and procedures.
7. Ability to Handling critical customers and complaints.
8. Complete customer complaints and product repairs according to standard timelines.
9. Complete daily analysis of operational performance determining root-cause of problems.
