Description:
The Affiliate Marketing Manager will spearhead Hubaix's affiliate marketing efforts by building, managing, and optimizing our presence on leading platforms like Clutch, GoodFirms, Trustpilot, DesignRush, etc. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of AI and software services who can not only generate leads but also close clients from affiliate platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing and refining our affiliate strategy to increase visibility, generate quality leads, and drive revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Department Setup & Strategy:
- Establish and scale the affiliate marketing department, developing a roadmap to achieve high visibility and credibility on affiliate platforms.
- Craft a strategic approach to affiliate partnerships, identifying high-potential platforms and optimizing our profiles and content accordingly.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Generate and close leads from platforms like Clutch, GoodFirms, Trustpilot, DesignRush, etc.
- Develop a deep understanding of our AI solutions, mobile, and web development services to effectively pitch to potential clients and close deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, influencers, and platform partners to enhance lead generation.
- Platform Optimization:
- Continuously update and optimize profiles on affiliate sites to maximize engagement, ensuring accurate, compelling, and up-to-date information.
- Manage reviews and ratings to build credibility and drive prospective clients to engage with our services.
- Performance Analysis:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of affiliate marketing initiatives, using insights to improve ROI and lead quality.
- Implement data-driven improvements based on key performance metrics, aiming to optimize campaign outcomes and conversion rates.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work:
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and development teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment of affiliate-generated client projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in Affiliate Marketing:
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the tech or software services sector.
- Proven experience managing affiliate programs on platforms such as Clutch, GoodFirms, Trustpilot, DesignRush, and similar sites.
- Technical Knowledge in AI and Development Services:
- Strong understanding of AI solutions, mobile and web application development, and related technologies to communicate effectively with prospective clients.
- Ability to create strategies that resonate with target audiences for technology services.
- Analytical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis to assess the performance of affiliate campaigns, with the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
