Admissions Officer

 

Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Admission Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate, will have a strong background in admissions, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students navigate the enrollment process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment.
  • Respond to prospective student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Conduct interviews and information sessions with prospective students and their families.
  • Review and evaluate student applications, ensuring all documentation is complete.
  • Provide guidance and support to applicants throughout the admissions process.
  • Maintain accurate records of student information and application status.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Attend educational fairs, school visits, and other recruitment events.
  • Provide regular reports on admissions activities and progress.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in admissions and student recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in admissions or student recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and admissions management software.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
