We are looking for a dynamic and organized Admission Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate, will have a strong background in admissions, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students navigate the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Respond to prospective student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Conduct interviews and information sessions with prospective students and their families.
- Review and evaluate student applications, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Provide guidance and support to applicants throughout the admissions process.
- Maintain accurate records of student information and application status.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Attend educational fairs, school visits, and other recruitment events.
- Provide regular reports on admissions activities and progress.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in admissions and student recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in admissions or student recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and admissions management software.
