Qualification: M.Com/MBA/BBA.

Experience: 2-3 Years of relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities
 

• Assisting patients / attendants in resolving their queries related to admissions and discharge process.
• Providing financial estimations against the admission request.
• Processing admissions according to policy.
• Facilitating patients/attendants in processing corporate (Insurance) approvals.
• Processing discharges efficiently and effectively including corporate billing.
• Ensuring timely financial recoveries from admitted patients.
• Ensuring smooth communication with all the key stakeholders in hospital.
• Preparing daily reports.
• Assisting in preparing corporate claims.
• Should be flexible to work in multiple shifts.
• Any other task assigned by supervisor.
